Providers Section
RTCT aims to give providers an easy and seamless process when it comes to ordering and receiving patient samples.
1. REGISTRATION & TEST ORDER
Patients must first be registered into the system in order to be identified. This will allow you to track the status of the tests. Proceed to order the desired tests for the patients.
2. COLLECT PATIENT SAMPLE
Collect the patient's samples through your desired method. Ensure that the appropriate amount is drawn based on the requested tests.
3. CONTACT LAB FOR COLLECTION
Contact RTCT once the sample is ready to be collected, and a runner will be dispatched to your location.
4. SAMPLE TESTED
The sample will undergo the requested tests, and the status can be monitored through the provider portal.
5. CHECK RESULTS ON PORTAL
Once completed, the results will be uploaded and can be viewed directly from the provider portal.
